SOUK Shaped by Creativity
This 20th anniversary edition brought together 65 designers, each contributing to the evolving story of Montréal’s creative landscape. From emerging voices to established designers, this year’s selection reflected both the depth and the diversity of the city’s design culture, showcasing new materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and forward-thinking ideas that highlighted Montréal’s design scene.
Two decades of celebration
This milestone year culminated in an unforgettable anniversary evening — curated by Laïka, featuring a vibrant line-up of DJs, and highlighted by a spectacular 7-foot cake created in collaboration with Rhubarbe. The celebration brought together longtime visitors, designers from past editions, and new design lovers, creating a joyful, generous atmosphere that honoured twenty years of community, creativity, and shared moments.
SOUK Apéro: Reviving the Spirit of Laïka
The SOUK APÉRO brought back the spirit of Laïka with renewed vibrancy and ease — daily DJ sets, a warm crowd, and Montréal’s creative pulse reshaping the space each evening.
The lounge by EDB offered a calm, refined place to pause, while Bloomfield and chef Caroline Dumas served comforting dishes nearby while Pista anchored the week with its signature coffee experience.
To mark the 20th anniversary, INTRUS crafted an exclusive cider bottle — a simple, celebratory tribute to this year’s spirit of collaboration.
