Alex Lesage co-founded his first business at the young age of 17 and ever since he has been involved in a number of creative projects locally and internationally. In 2014, he co-founded Threefold, a strategy, design and content agency as well as Anniversary, an online magazine that features curated stories and creative works from both established and emerging talents. His role as a creative and art director at Threefold and Anniversary allows him to continually perfect his eye and skills through different mediums.  In collaboration with Emmanuelle Roque, he recently launched Humanhuman, a minimalist home object line.

Artist, designer and follower of the art of slow living, Trudy Crane left a career in marketing to found lookslikewhite, a unique ceramics collection of organic forms and pure lines evoking nature. Each piece of porcelain or stoneware, created and painted by hand is available in her signature colour, white. In addition, Trudy co-founded Meadow & Land and co-authored the vegan cookbook, Saison La Table Vegane. In keeping with the simplicity and authenticity of her lookslikewhite aesthetic, Meadow & Land focuses on sustainable living and promotes a plant-based diet to incorporate into your lifestyle.

After ten years in advertising, Scott Meleskie went on to found Clark Street Mercantile, a highly curated menswear boutique in the heart of Montreal’s Mile End. Focusing on craftsmanship and storytelling over trends, the last 5 years have seen the shop become the number one destination for the discerning gentleman, and has been featured in global publications (Monocle Magazine, The Guardian, GQ and Goop). In addition to running the shop, Scott acts as Creative Director for Clark Street Mercantile’s in-house brand, comprising of locally-made clothing, leather goods, apothecary and home wares. He continues to consult and collaborate on select projects that inspire him.

Max Ruiz Lang wears many hats; He is a restaurateur, caterer, consultant, and  project developer. He started working in the restaurant industry in 2005 as a dishwasher and moved on to sake brewing in Vancouver and then to wine making in New Zealand. He worked at some of Montreal’s best restaurants (Liverpool House & Joe Beef, Garde Manger & Le Bremner, Majestique) and he consulted on multiple restaurant and bar projects. He is now the proud owner of a catering company, a wine bar and restaurant, a concert venue and event space and a restaurant on the Caribbean island of St. Maarten.

Muriel Francoise completed her degree in journalism at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She was responsible for the Belgian edition of Reader’s Digest while she was based in Brussels and in Amsterdam. In 2007, she moved to Stockholm and became the correspondent for the daily La Libre Belgique and the magazines MilK and MilK Decoration in addition to several other Belgian, French, Swiss and Swedish publications. She specialized in Scandinavian design and has traveled regularly to Copenhagen, Helsinki and Reykjavík.

In 2014, she moved to Quebec where she serves as the Montreal correspondent for Milk and Milk Decoration as well as journalist for the Belgian magazine Le Vif L’Express, and the Swiss dailies 24 heures and La Tribune de Genève. As of 2017,  she contributes to La Presse Maison and Voyage & Pause.

Azamit is a storyteller and design experiences specialist. A Montreal style icon, brand builder and creative connector, she constantly seeks new talent and inspiration, and remains a household name in the local creator and design scene. She is the creative mind behind the souk @ sat, and more recently In Toto, a visual storytelling firm.
